Surface Treatment Sales Specialist

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups in the Surface Treatment segment for the whole Iberia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales accounts and clients
- Execute short- and long-term commercial targets
- Build relations with customers and take into account their demands and wishes
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Expand AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives
- Advise customers on technical matters and help find the most appropriate solution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness
- Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding
- Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree
- Successful track record with high added value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management
- Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting and/or Automotive sales/applications is an additional value
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area
- Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce
