About the Role
In this exciting opportunity as Technical Sales Manager - Surface Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Surface Treatment segment for Aaf/Dinair in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Drive efficiency by achieving sales targets, increasing revenue from existing accounts, and expanding sales channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance market awareness and sales footprint.
- Serve as a product champion, ensuring clear messaging and internal/external awareness.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of technical sales experience with a strong understanding of products requiring deep explanation.
- Mechanical engineering or similar business degree.
- Proven track record in high-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
- Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an added value.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office tools and Salesforce experience.
