**Career Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our core team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Mammoet's services and expertise in the Iberian Peninsula and part of the Mediterranean basin region.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating agreements with clients and partners to secure growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform sales planning and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans aligned with Mammoet's overall strategy.
- Prepare and present tenders, quotations, and proposals that meet qualitative, technical, and commercial requirements, securing contracts and driving revenue growth.

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy lifting or transport industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and negotiate agreements with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

**What We Offer**
