Strategic Sales Leader for Aerospace and Defense

We seek an experienced Strategic Sales Leader with expertise in Telecommunications, specifically radios and antennas, to lead our commercial strategies and establish strong relationships with key clients.
About the RoleThis role involves designing and implementing commercial strategies to develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will maintain and strengthen business relationships with key clients, including government institutions and technology companies of high relevance. Additionally, they will represent the company at industry-related events and meetings, ensuring that products and services meet customer technical requirements through close collaboration with engineering departments.
About the Skills and Qualifications- University Degree in Telecommunications or related field, specializing in radio and antenna systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles within telecommunications, defense, and aerospace sectors
- Prior experience working with customers like Defense, ESA, or Airbus is highly valued
- Expertise in radio frequency systems and antenna design
- Familiarity with standards and regulations in telecommunications and defense
- Leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, and excellent communication skills
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the EU and able to travel to the US. They should possess a curious and collaborative mindset, eager to tackle challenges and contribute to improving society.
