Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a background in Telecommunications to lead our commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid technical and sales experience in the radios and antennas sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing commercial strategies for new business opportunities
- Maintaining and strengthening business relationships with key clients, particularly government institutions and technology companies
- Representing the company in industry events related to aerospace, telecommunications, and defense
- Collaborating with engineering departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Performing market analysis to identify trends and anticipate customer needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
- A University Degree in Telecommunications, specializing in radio and antenna systems
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles in the telecommunications, defense, and aerospace sector
- Previous work experience with customers such as Defense, ESA, or Airbus is highly valued
- Knowledge of standards and regulations in telecommunications and defense
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English; other languages are highly valued
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include travel opportunities and the chance to contribute to improving society through innovation.
