The Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will support the local market of DS Smith Packaging organization in continuous improvement of relationships with our customers. You will create positive experiences that underpin long-lasting partnerships through our Model to Serve.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and leading a local program of End-to-End Customer Engagement. This will involve supporting all clusters and business units in line with Model to Serve, catering to specific local sales needs. You will handle a wide range of workshops (1:1), physically, virtually and hybrid. You will also help organize and run larger workshops (1:many) webinars and multi-customer events, including the annual customer event.

Trends & Insights
You will own the localization of and be seen as the local market expert in trends & insights. This includes mega trends, packaging trends and insights within our prioritized categories, as well as retail to e-comm and sustainability.

Requirements
You should have 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or brand management within FMCG companies, Retail, research companies or design agencies. A natural energy, proactivity and desire to help both Customers and colleagues succeed is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as influencing and trust building skills, are also required.
