Technical Sales Professional Industry Sector

About the Role: As a Technical Sales Professional in the Industry Sector, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. You are responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as successfully executing short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for the whole Iberia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their demands and wishes
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from existing accounts
- Promote AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets
- Serve as an advisor on technical matters, expanding AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions and helping customers find the most suitable solution
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation
- Ability to manage and service accounts across a broad geographical sales area
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
