**About Aaf/Dinair**: We are a leading company in air filtration solutions, seeking a highly skilled Air Treatment Sales Expert to join our team in Spain and Portugal.

**Salary:** An attractive market-competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

**Job Description:** As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, achieving commercial targets, and increasing revenue in the Surface Treatment segment for the Iberia area. You will initiate and build relations with customers, drive efficiency in sales plans, develop sales channels, advise on technical matters, and partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in technical sales, preferably in surface treatment filtration, painting, or automotive sales/applications
  • Background in mechanical engineering or similar business degree
  • Proven track record in high-added-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce
