Digital Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the DACH territory.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is around €55,000 - €65,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel allowance, and other perks.
About the RoleAs a Digital Sales Executive, you will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using digital tools and platforms. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new business opportunities within the DACH territory, identifying customer-specific needs, and delivering informative virtual sessions to present proposals and guide customers through the implementation process.
You will also be responsible for managing and negotiating deals using various digital communication channels, reporting on campaign progress, and ensuring that customers are fully operational after successful acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing local market specifics and identifying new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory or customer segment.
- Validating leads and converting them into opportunities.
- Promoting and selling products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars.
- Identifying customer-specific needs and delivering informative virtual sessions.
- Creating new accounts and logging contact details of potential customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment using digital tools, with good exposure to data analysis, sales processes, and KPIs.
- Understanding of and/or prior experience with the travel industry and travel agency environment (desirable).
- Fluency in German and English required, excellent verbal and written skills.
