Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groups & Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive group business and events revenue, while ensuring exceptional customer service and experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze international and local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for growth and development
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive group business and events revenue
  • Lead and train the Group & Events reactive team to ensure efficient planning and execution of events
  • Proactively communicate with the DOS and DOSM to ensure alignment and coordination of group pace, pick-up, and conversion
  • Maintain good relationships with other departments across the hotel, including Front of House, F&B, and Finance
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with direct supervisory experience over an events team
  • High degree of professionalism, with strong understanding of global markets and business
  • Fluent in English and good command of Spanish
  • Valid Spanish Work permit or European Union citizenship required
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up and time management
