We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Manager to join our team at the Kimpton Aysla Hotel in Santa Ponsa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation, as well as implementing standard operating procedures and managing the spa's operational budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective spa operations strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and experience
- Manage the spa's inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and requirements, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the spa team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement training programs for spa staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring alignment with the spa's budget and financial plans
- Report directly to the Spa Manager and the CODAGE management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in spa operations management, with a strong background in luxury hospitality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Knowledge of spa operations procedures and protocols, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
