About the Role:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key player in providing the core of the spa experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of comfort and service for our guests. This includes performing body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms, and managing professional stock and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a genuine, warm, and welcoming environment for our guests
• Perform body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Manage levels of professional stock and supplies
• Follow daily appointment schedule
Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols
• Minimum two years of massage therapist experience
• Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Legal right to work in Spain
