About the role:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our opening team. The therapist is a key player in providing the core of the spa experience: the treatment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure highest level of comfort and service, creating a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Perform all body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
  • Manage levels of professional stock and supplies.
  • Follow daily appointment schedule.


Requirements:

As an ambassador of Four Seasons, our ideal Massage Therapist should represent the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude and a warm welcoming smile.

Applicants are required to have solid knowledge of various treatment protocols. This position is physical by nature and requires candidates to meet all of the essential functions of this position.

Applicants also need to have a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
