About the role
We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. As a key player in providing the core of the spa experience, you will be responsible for performing body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of comfort and service for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Perform all body treatments in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
- Manage levels of professional stock and supplies.
- Follow daily appointment schedule.
Requirements:
We are looking for an ambassador of Four Seasons who represents the brand through excellent grooming, a positive attitude, and a warm welcoming smile. Applicants should have solid knowledge of various treatment protocols and a minimum of two years of massage therapist experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is also required.
