Job SummaryAs a Relaxation Specialist, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, foster loyalty, and contribute to sales growth. Your responsibilities include performing Face and Body treatments, supporting day-to-day operations, and embodying the values of HEAT.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform branded Face and Body treatments, including LPG, massages, and facial workouts.
- Conduct impactful consultation sessions introducing clients to HEAT by Sophia Lie.
- Cultivate a client-centric culture focusing on satisfying client experiences.
- Build client loyalty and satisfaction by delivering engaging experiences.
- Adhere to HEAT brand standards and reinforce selling behaviors.
- Drive top-line sales results for treatments, add-on services, and in-house/partner products.
- Display expert knowledge in all treatments and products, elevating skills.
- Stay informed about sales, promotions, and Studio offerings.
- Demonstrate and consistently uphold the highest standards in performing treatments.
- Collaborate with the Head of Therapists and team members to ensure a cohesive unit.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and mutual support.
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance skills and maintain consistent service quality.
Previous experience as a Skin or Massage therapist is preferable. In-depth knowledge, passion, and experience within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry. Fluency in Swedish and English.
