Groups & Events Manager - Six Senses Ibiza

As a Groups & Events Manager at Six Senses Ibiza, you will be responsible for driving group business and events revenue through strategic planning, sales, and marketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to safeguard the resort's pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for growth and development.
- Perform day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, face-to-face meetings, contracting, and rate negotiation.
- Attend MICE trade shows and industry events to promote the resort and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead and train the Group & Events reactive team to ensure efficient planning and execution of events.
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Sales and Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Host pre-event meetings with clients and the F&B team to introduce the operations team and coordinate last-minute details.
- Proactively follow up with clients post-event for feedback and to ensure satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales, with direct supervisory experience over an events team.
- High degree of professionalism, with a strong understanding of global markets and business.
- Fluent in English and good command of Spanish.
- Valid Spanish Work permit or European Union citizenship required.
- Strong organizational skills, including follow-up and time management.
