As a Rooms Coordinator Trainee, you will be part of a team that captures this authentic experience of community, spirituality, and celebration.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the efficient operation of all guest experience tasks to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
- Assist in delivering trainings to new hosts and ensure all Rooms Training plans are accomplished.
- Perform LQA & Forbes audits for all Rooms Division departments and ensure all Room Division Guidelines are completed and accessible for the hosts.
- Carry out inventories of the Rooms Division departments, including Housekeeping, and ensure the departmental inventory is up to date, clean, and in good conditions every fifteen days approximately.
- Manage 'Lost & Found' cases related to Rooms Division and assist to prepare purchase orders for the Rooms departments.
- Operate office equipment such as scanner & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Compose and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
- Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- A minimum 6-month program with the opportunity to learn and grow with our Six Senses Ibiza leaders in a non-hierarchical organization.
- Participation in our Mission Wellness Program, with plenty of activities to discover Six Senses values, mission, and vision along with our beautiful Island.

- A personally involved, visible, and proactive host with excellent organizational skills.
- An intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment positively.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
- A thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules, and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities, and services.
- An European Visa is mandatory.
