Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of public spaces, ensuring adherence to luxury standards
  • Participate in the management of room cleaning operations, learning best practices for efficiency and quality assurance
  • Support laundry services, gaining insights into processes for managing linens and guest laundry effectively
  • Collaborate with housekeeping coordinators to manage Hosts schedules, room assignments, and communication between departments
  • Shadow housekeeping supervisors to learn about team management, staff training, and performance evaluations, preparing for leadership roles
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness and service standards, providing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assist in overseeing the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, learning how to efficiently manage resources
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and address any housekeeping-related requests, enhancing guest satisfaction
  • Understand and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all housekeeping staff
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of housekeeping operations, with a focus on leadership development
