- Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Maintain the hotel's policies and procedures, adhering to the business plan and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Liaise with Front Office to forecast VIP arrivals and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare departmental budgets and assist in the preparation of divisional budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping in an international hotel company.
- Minimum 1 year's management experience in a high-volume housekeeping role.
- Experience in managing outsourced labor and casual staff requirements.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
- Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
- Excellent organizational, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and convey a sense of professionalism.
