About the Role: As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department, ensuring that our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our guests receive the best possible experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise all Housekeeping activities
Ensure team members are trained, motivated, and focused
Set standards of cleanliness and maintenance for all hotel operations
Maintain hotel policies and procedures in accordance with the business plan
Liaise with Front Office to ensure smooth communication between departments
Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning standards
Prepare departmental and divisional budgets to ensure operational budget adherence

About You: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading a team to success. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Housekeeping in an international hotel company, with a proven track record of managing high-volume Housekeeping operations. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage conflict.
Skills:
Excellent level of English and Spanish
Excellent organizational and team management skills
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of OPERA and other hotel systems
Interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead a team and manage conflict
Ability to maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information
