Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all Housekeeping activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train, motivate, and focus the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain the hotel's policies and procedures, adhering to our business plan.
  • Liaise with Front Office to ensure smooth communication and VIP arrivals.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare departmental and divisional budgets, ensuring operational costs align with our business plan.
About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping in an international hotel company.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in a high-volume Housekeeping role.
  • Experience in managing outsourced labor and casual staff requirements.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and chemical handling.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Excellent organizational, team management, and interpersonal skills.
