About the Location:

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is beautifully situated on the breathtaking Formentor Peninsula, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and its surrounding landscapes. This historic hotel, originally opened in 1929, is currently undergoing restoration and is set to welcome guests as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.


About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor:

This remarkable resort will feature 110 luxurious rooms and suites, diverse culinary offerings including a signature restaurant, a beachfront café, and a poolside bar and grill, as well as event spaces, spa and fitness facilities, and direct beach access.

The Concierge Agent plays a vital role within the Front of House Team, dedicated to ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.



  • Deliver outstanding service experiences for guests during their stay.
  • Ensure guests are warmly welcomed upon arrival.
  • Promote all hotel amenities, services, and programs available.
  • Maintain up-to-date concierge desk materials and information regarding local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Engage with guests before and during their stay to understand preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Coordinate pre-arrival services such as dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and other special requests.
  • Follow up with guests prior to their arrival in a timely manner.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with guests through our messaging platform, ensuring prompt responses and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints and assist with inquiries related to hotel services, events, and local directions.
  • Engage with guests both in person and via phone, adhering to our brand standards.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of local activities (theater, sports, concerts, exhibitions) and build strong relationships with vendors in these areas.
