About the Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in welcoming guests to our property, providing a seamless and personalized experience from check-in to departure. This role requires a high level of hospitality and professionalism, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist guests in all inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions.
- Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, interacting with guests in person and by phone.
- Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests.
Requirements:
- One+ years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
- Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest preferences.
