Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and in a professional manner, following company procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding resort services, amenities, and activities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort, its services, and amenities.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the department or as instructed by Management.

Requirements

  • Hotel/Tourism degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish, German, and English. Other European languages a plus.
  • Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of Opera/Guestware/Concierge Assistant/Marsha software.
  • Well-organized, good team player, and stress-resistant.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

Working Conditions

  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping, lifting up to 15kg.
  • Good visual observation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Long standing hours and ability to work in a team environment.
