We're looking for a talented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, working in a luxurious and historic property. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in guest services, hospitality, and customer relations.
What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services, hours of operation, and local attractions.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office Team to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
