Reservations Agent Trainee

Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a highly motivated and organized Reservations Agent Trainee to join our team. As a Reservations Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for handling reservations, managing room allocations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new reservations, updates, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in room allocation and manage room inventory.
- Handle special requests and block rooms as needed.
- Communicate with guests and travel agents to clarify preferences and requests.
- Monitor and update the internet reservation system.
- Assist in determining room rates and managing guest history and profile systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems, including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
