About the Role:
The Concierge Agent is a key member of our Front Of the House Team, responsible for ensuring our guests receive personalized service throughout their stay. Your primary objective will be to provide upscale service experiences, promote hotel amenities, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service experiences for guests throughout their stay
- Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival
- Promote hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered
- Update concierge desk collateral and information for local attractions
- Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to ascertain preferences and provide recommendations
- Conduct pre-arrival process to arrange services, including wine tastings, dining reservations, and transportation
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries
