About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is beautifully situated on the breathtaking Formentor Peninsula, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean and its surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929 within a vast private estate, this historic property is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, with plans to unveil its transformation as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.About the role
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is seeking a skilled bartender to be part of our pre-opening team. Candidates should aim for excellence in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will respond to guest needs by showcasing exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed beverages, as well as preparation techniques. Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting signature cocktails and demonstrating creativity in designing unique drinks that exceed guest expectations.
- Overseeing and managing the operations of the bar.
- Adhering to all Four Seasons and Health Department standards for food, beverage, and safety.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory of retail items in the bar.
- Assisting with daily inventory management and ordering processes.
- Anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.
What you bring
Our ideal bartender possesses a passion for delivering exceptional service and has the ability to connect with guests by creating memorable experiences and showcasing the finer aspects of luxury service. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong multitasking skills are essential, along with prior bartending experience.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
