About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services to guests, adhering to Four Seasons standards and protocols.
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for guests, creating a sense of relaxation and tranquility.
  • Maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and surrounding areas.
  • Manage professional stock and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Follow daily appointment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a massage therapist in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage protocols and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
