About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skin/Massage Therapist to join our team at HEAT by Sophia Lie. As a leader in the European wellness industry, we specialize in Infrared Saunas, LPG Massage, and Signature Face Workout Treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality Face and Body treatments, including LPG, massages, and facial workouts.
  • Conduct engaging consultation sessions to introduce clients to our brand and services.
  • Cultivate a client-centric culture, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Build client loyalty and satisfaction by providing memorable and engaging experiences.
  • Adhere to our brand standards and reinforce selling behaviors and processes.
  • Drive top-line sales results for treatments, add-on services, and in-house/partner products.
  • Display expert knowledge in all treatments and products, taking initiatives to elevate skills.
  • Stay informed about sales, promotions, and maintain awareness of all Studio offerings.
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and representable Studio, replenishing merchandise to brand standards.
  • Assist in back-of-house and stock maintenance, ensuring efficient replenishment.
  • Uphold housekeeping standards between client sessions and communicate maintenance issues.
  • Reinforce activities related to providing a safe working environment and support Studio strategy to reduce shrink.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Skin or Massage therapist is preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge, passion, and experience within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Innovative, creative, and eager to learn new treatments.
  • Strong ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing team and taking initiative without direct supervision.
  • Desire to learn about products across all categories.
