The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is a luxurious retreat perched on the stunning Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes.
As a Concierge Agent, you will be the central point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service experiences throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service experiences for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure guests are properly greeted upon arrival and informed about hotel amenities and services.
- Promote local attractions, restaurants, and activities, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Update concierge desk collateral and information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to arrange services, including wine tastings, dining reservations, and transportation.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service.
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Maintain permanent communication with guests through our messenger app, responding promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, and key personnel.
