**Job Summary**

Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Groups & Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop strategies that position our hotel as a leader in the luxury hospitality market.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive group business and revenue growth.
  • Lead and train a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless execution of group events and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage multiple platforms and tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales and events, with direct supervisory experience over an events team.
  • High degree of professionalism and strong understanding of global markets and business.
  • Fluent in English and good command of Spanish.
  • Valid Spanish Work permit or European Union citizenship required.
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up and time management.
