About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at MBR Partners Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute a Strategic Sales Plan

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets within Europe. This will involve identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating complex sales contracts.

Identify and Engage with Key Customers

Identify and engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space to drive new business opportunities. This will involve conducting thorough market research, analyzing customer needs, and developing compelling sales collateral.

Build and Nurture Relationships

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. This will involve delivering persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating complex sales contracts.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. This will involve analyzing industry reports, conducting customer surveys, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term business relationships.

Requirements

  1. Proven Track Record

Proven track record of successfully hunting sales within Tier 1 and Tier 2 Broadcast Media Service Providers.

Industry Experience

Extensive experience selling solutions or services in the IPTV, Video Streaming, VOD, and STB space.

Network and Relationships

Strong network and relationships with Broadcast Media Service Providers in Europe.

Communication and Negotiation Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic Thinking

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
