About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the global EV charging experience.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work closely with our development team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product bugs or shortcomings.

You will also create knowledge base articles and update internal documentation to support the customer experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.

The successful candidate will have experience working in customer-facing environments and be fluent in English and Dutch (bonus points for speaking other languages).

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
