Oppizi is a leading player in offline performance marketing, with a technology that enables tracking, scaling and optimization of flyering campaigns. We operate in 10 countries and work with prominent clients such as Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, Cook Unity, and more.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the launch of two new business verticals in Spain and Portugal: Affiliate Insert Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with procurement hubs of newspapers, ecommerce entities, and other potential partners.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with procurement hubs to establish standardized SLAs and analyze logistical nuances, including delivery timelines, procedures, insert capacity, and audience demographics.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the data team to devise a model for piloting this new business initiative.
  • Assist the Product team in understanding the core elements of this new business and ensure software development is tailored to client needs.
  • Manage negotiation and closing of new business deals (inbound and outbound).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2/3 years of experience in the print industry, business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing new business deals.
  • Fluent Spanish; Portuguese is greatly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the ES or PT media buying market is appreciated.

Competitive salary range €50,000-€70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
