Based in Barcelona, with additional European offices, CargoON specializes in enhancing communication, automation, and documentation workflows to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability in the logistics sector.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business Development Managers Iberia Hunting at CargoON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and approach potential clients to build strong relationships
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Lead a team of Sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field and project management
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
