Salary and Remuneration
We offer a competitive base salary. The estimated annual salary range is €28,000 - €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in a professional and empathetic manner;
- Evaluating and making decisions based on defined policies and guidelines;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Native or fluent Norwegian language skills, both verbal and written;
- A good command of English;
- Flexibility and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment;
- Conscientiousness and reliability;
- Attention to detail;
- Empathy towards customers;
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer care, and/or online business is a plus.
