About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. Additional duties include following communication procedures and policies, evaluating and making decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Norwegian, both verbally and written.
  • Good command of English.
  • Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
