About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Digital Sales team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing a diverse customer portfolio, identifying and managing sales opportunities, and promoting our state-of-the-art technology and world-class brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective inbound and outbound lead management to build a healthy pipeline
- Discover business challenges and consult with prospects and customers to identify solutions with our Webfleet technology
- Organize and handle online product demonstrations
- Prepare and send tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospects
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers within your portfolio
- Work with sales enablement technology, including Salesforce and Pandadoc
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological solutions
- Customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Native level of English
