Strategic Account Development Executive

About this Role:

In this key position, you will build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Gartner's top global accounts. You will work closely with the account team to develop and execute strategies that drive conference attendance and revenue growth. You will be responsible for advising your accounts on which Gartner conferences best align with their business objectives and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently exceed sales targets by retaining, growing, and prospecting attendees within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Gartner teams to drive partnerships, client relationships, sales, and leads.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and contacts within your named account territory.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and be motivated to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent English language oral and written communication skills, with a high level of business acumen.
  • Second language is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
