Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist Digital Pathology to develop the growth of our regional Digital Pathology business in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a background in Healthcare IT and be able to execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy, build and deliver Digital Pathology projects, and manage sales opportunities across the full funnel process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy, with a focus on market share capture
  • Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Manage sales opportunities across the full funnel process, from lead to implementation
  • Partner with Account Managers and the EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth
  • Liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution
  • Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share
  • Support the tender response team on technical application processes
  • Communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers and represent the company's winning characteristics
Requirements
  • University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in the Healthcare IT environment, with knowledge of technologies, products, and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time
