About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and cultivating deep business relationships with key stakeholders in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage contract negotiations with large partners to ensure sustainable economics and long-lasting value for both parties.
  • Expertly balance and grow a large base of clients, utilizing strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to business.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver on partner growth across Germany and internationally.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry.
About You

We welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of sales experience who are passionate about the entertainment industry. Ideal candidates will possess a self-starter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an intern or up to 1 year of sales experience.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German (C2/bilingual).
