As a Renewal Process Manager at MongoDB, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our customer base, ensuring the seamless continuation of their partnerships with MongoDB and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts, ultimately increasing the Renewal Rate.
  • Work on upcoming renewals and engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure timely renewals.
  • Prepare renewal quotes and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their usage, needs, and challenges.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Utilize data and reporting tools to track renewal performance, forecast renewals, and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on renewal status and key metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing renewals.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or business.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience, both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple opportunities to be managed at the same time.
  • Talent for building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
