About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our Renewals team, you will be responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners.
  2. Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) by identifying and closing Up-sell opportunities.
  3. Develop successful relationships with PTC direct customers and channel partners to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
Day-to-Day:
  1. Work in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates.
  2. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  3. Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes.
  4. Accurately forecast and update in the PTC CRM software Salesforce.
  5. Manage Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner.
  6. Participate in weekly forecast calls with internal management.
  7. Review Renewal quotes for accuracy.
  8. Support the transition process of customers to Subscription or Cloud from Perpetual licenses.
  9. Drive ARR value increases by upselling into existing accounts.
  10. Calculate Renewal offers and execute changes to Renewal accounts.
Requirements:
  1. Curiosity and a learning gene to thrive in a fast-moving industry.
  2. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to daily work.
  3. Able to accurately and concisely update Salesforce and other CRMs.
  4. Sense of Accuracy: ensure pricing, quotes, and system entries are correct.
  5. Sense of Urgency: handle pressure at quarter end and support quick turnaround times.
  6. Strong negotiation and collaboration skills.
  7. Team player who works in the best interests of the Renewals team.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
  9. Ownership and ability to involve stakeholders when necessary.
Preferred Experience:
  1. Successful record of accomplishment in a customer/partner facing quota carrying role.
  2. Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription, or SaaS technology environment.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are mandatory.
