Job Title: Renewal Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for renewing Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and through our channel partners in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners
  • Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR) by identifying and closing Up-sell opportunities
  • Develop successful relationships with PTC direct customers and channel partners to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work on a daily and weekly basis to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes
  • Manage Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner
  • Weekly forecast calls with internal management
  • Reviewing Renewal quotes for accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a highly structured fashion

Preferred Experience:

  • Successful record of accomplishment in a customer/partner facing quota carrying role
  • Experience in Renewals, Sales, Inside Sales in a Perpetual, Subscription, or SaaS technology environment
