Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive demand generation and cross-functional collaboration to ensure we convert leads into high-intent opportunities for our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for our lead generation partners, analyzing volume, conversions, and negotiating terms.
- Identify and implement new lead generation opportunities.
- Conduct daily analysis of our lead generation channels, covering conversions, geographies, and volume, as well as weekly forecasting.
- Build and update dashboards, which are our main data source to make our decisions.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team Leads to gather feedback, improve processes, and ensure our leads are managed and converted in the best way.
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, lead generation, or sales operations within a technology startup/scale-up or a high-paced environment.
- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities, proficient in tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- CRM Knowledge: You have demonstrated experience with lead management and CRMs. Experience with HubSpot is valued but not mandatory.
- Communication and Negotiation: You possess excellent communication skills and can negotiate effectively.
- Problem-Solving: You can tackle challenges you haven't seen before and independently research how to solve them.
- Organization: You are an organized person with a high ability to collaborate and pay attention to detail.
- Accountability: You enjoy making an opportunity your own and pursuing it to completion.
- Adaptability: You feel like a fish in water working in a fast-paced environment, manage uncertainty well, and learn quickly.
- People-Centric: You are in line with Samara's cultural values and put people first.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English.
