Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Spanish business unit as Country Director. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive commercial growth, develop strategic partnerships, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Spain, aligning with the company's Western Europe growth ambitions and the La Sagra Joint Venture objectives.
  • Lead the On and Off Trade Sales Teams across Spain to deliver against local targets, ensuring world-class customer service and a strong presence in the market.
  • Share accountability for the allocated geography's P&L, driving financial performance and developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) to achieve key financial indicators.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships and ensure seamless collaboration with La Sagra.
  • Coach and develop the Spanish team to facilitate their growth and success within the company.
About You:

We're looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in senior-level strategic and commercial roles within beverages or FMCG. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, along with excellent numerical skills and a deep understanding of value chain creation. You'll have a strong background in the on and off premise markets, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
