Job Summary:

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team at our global office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Broadcom's solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
