Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Showcase excellent communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through their questions and provide solutions to leave a positive impact.
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
- Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
- Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
- Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
- On-site work with a dynamic and international team (25+ nationalities).
