Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, including listening, empathy, and personalization to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through their questions and provide solutions to leave a positive impact.
  • Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) with a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Curious and love to investigate and use creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.
