We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
  • Travel Support: Make flight reservations, modify existing reservations, and verify ticket rules and regulations regarding cancellations and changes.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Escalation: Escalate issues to the appropriate department following our procedures, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch or Norwegian (verbal and written).
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, minimum 1 year of IT industry experience, and general knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage.
  • Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions, and Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals, strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills, and ability to work independently.

  • Work Schedule: M-T 9.00 to 17.30, F 9.00 to 16.30.
